PARRAMATTA SQUARE
Trafalgar Consulting has provided a comprehensive risk management framework that ensures projects of the Scale of Parramatta Square are delivered effectively and safely.
We have been with Walker Corporation through the final stages of the precinct delivery, undertaking precinct-wide risk assessments, security planning, target hardening and critical incident planning and development, ensuring Parramatta Square is one of the safest buildings in NSW.
CORPORATE TRAINING & EXERCISE DEVELOPMENT
Trafalgar consultants have delivered corporate Youth De-escaltion Training across multiple shopping centres nationally and recently delivered the first in a series of de-escaltion training session to retail store managers of an international clothing chain.
We have also delivered Active Armed Offender training to multiple corporate sites and critical infrastructure providers nationally.
WESTERN SYDNEY UNIVERSITY - BANKSTOWN CAMPUS
Risk Management- Trafalgar consultants have recently undertaken a Protective Security review across all elements of the new capus’s operations.
This included reviewing physical security, site operational security and the security culture onsite.
Our primary focus was the security and safety of the staff, students and visitors to this amazing facility.
THE LONG WALK EVENT SECURITY & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Melbourne - Trafalgar consulting prepared the Event Security and Emergency Managment risk assessment for the 2023 Long Walk event.
In addition to administrative tasks, Trafalgar consultants engaged with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister on security arrangements and the security arrangements for the other notable dignitaries present.
We worked with the engaged security provider in managing the on-ground security operation for the Festival and the walk to the MCG.
DARWIN PORT - MARITIME SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT
Trafalgar Consultants developed both the Maritime Security Risk Assesment and the Mariti,me Security Plan for the Port of Darwin.
In addition to Maritime Security Support our consultants also provide Maritime Security Guard and Port Security Officer training.
